Help with Spaghetti

I don't know if this is the right spot for this but I just got the license file for Spaghetti and I cant seem to down load the attachment , it keeps wanting to change it to "untitled.txt" it's not saving the file name or even the right extension, I have no clue what to do and the forum for that software seems to be down, I want to rip my friken hair out.
I am having the same issue with microcrap's Edge and firefox.

Hi. The easiest/fastest way to get help is to send email to support@hingednewt.com. That should be mentioned in the email with license file. Anyway, I haven't heard of anyone having your issue before. Maybe your email client or computer doesn't like the .lic extension. Forward it back to me and the support@hingednewt.com email address and I can zip it or something. If all else fails we can skype or something.

cool, thanks I sent off the e-mail , I did a reply so the serial number should have gone with it, it will be from draco1052b, with my first name Chris in the mail body.
