Default Damaged pin on Laser ILDA input

    Hi

I have managed to bend one of the pins on my Kvant clubmax 1800 Laser
I have managed to carefully straightened the pin but i don't want to risk it snapping off now it has been bent
My idea is to by as short an ILDA lead as possible and leave it attached all the time
Is it possible to use an ILDA Y splitter for this ?

as long as you're careful, the pin should be fine. instead of using a y-cable, why don't you stack a couple of db25 gender changers on it. they're smaller and less likely to get snagged in your case.

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.
