how to wire galvo driver signal to ILDA with only X gnd and Y?

just a quick question, i was wondering as the TL082 was changed to a TL084 does the bottom part actually add any function to the schematic as it is only connected to ground?
would it be possible to use the TL082 instead as i already have that laying around here?

TheTl0-82 will work just fine, the bottom two are wired as buffers if you ever needed to drive a long cable.
