According to their web site, the specs are-

wavelength
650nm
cw output power
300mw
beam stability
5%
beam diameter
less than 2.5mm
beam divergence
less than 1.5 mrad
warm-up time
less than 10min
operating temperature
10~40 degree
storage temperature
-10~60degree
dimensions of laser head
125x36x40mm
beam height from base
9mm
power supply dimension
100x47x40mm
power supply
90-240V AC
weight
0.85Kg

2.5mm @ 1.5mrad, is a bit more respectable than the figures you quoted. Especially for the price.

I would love someone to confirm those beam specs. Has anyone bought one?

Hi!
This is my first post in this forum, normally I´m a quiet reader, and sorry for my bad english.
The beam specs with <2.5mm and <1.5mrad can´t be. This red is a CNI red module. They only use one diode with a broadband Emitter.
So there is a big problem to colliminating these. Normally the output will be a big square with ~6mm diameter and ~3mrad, or so on (can´t say exactly) These laser isn´t a laser, it is a torch
If you want good beam specs, it is no problem for getting 250mW with 2 180mW Diodes per a "bad" polecube, this diodes have mostly good beamdata.
Best Regards,
Phritzler
