    heres what we have left:

    s/n 150 180mW RED 658nm Ana nos - Sold
    s/n 189 240mw RED 660nm TTL used - Sold
    s/n 199 110mW RED 660nm TTL used- 145USD
    s/n 267 215mW RED 660nm TTL vpol used - Sold
    s/n 249 220mW RED 660nm TTL nos - Sold
    s/n 150mW 780nm IR TTL new - 140USD

    s/n 349 25mW Violet/Blue 405nm analog new -- 850.00

All prices include shipping , Paypal is welcome just add their 4 percent fee
Of course no warranty other than they work. No DOA's
    That means As-Is .
New, nos- New Old Stock, and Used.
All Horizontal polarization unless noted. All are focusable.
All are maXYZmodules style heatsink modules that run from 9vdc
TTL.. +5v for on, 0v off.
They will also work in an analog system without any mods but they will act like TTL
Good for a backup in an emergency.

I do trades or partial trades too!! Even old dead DPSS units
Looking for LightWave Electronics model 110 or 111 or similar heads even dead.

Heh, wow I musta missed it

I only really care about is the module itself the insides can be gone.
Need them for making another quad unit.

    Question

    Quad unit?

Are you able to combine 2 dual lasers ( 2 laser diodes with Pol beam splitter + another unit of the same configuration then recombine both outputs through another Pol beam splitter ).
If yes what kind of output efficiency and characteristics are you geting ?

    Hi Rick
Man, Its been a while since weve talked..
Well, Its not quite that way..what we made is here : http://photonlexicon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2303
you prolly missed it as it got buried a few pages since,.
We are still only doing the duals on a plate for now altho
we have made a few inside the box styles..both dual and quad.
we havnt finished on the design as we are still looking for a decent enclosure.
We will probably end up having them made to our spec, but to be sure a few will be made up in something of the shelf until then.
Still tweeking things around but the prototype is still going strong.

Have not decided pricing as of yet because of this.
If someone wanted one bad enough than of course we will do it.
    regards
    chuck

    Hi Rick;

Nah, that's against the laws of physics... Think about it: When you combine the first set of two beams (one vertically polarized and one horizontally polarized) you end up with a randomly polarized beam. Now you're stuck. You can't use another PBS cube to combine it with anything because half the beam will be rejected by the cube face...

Now, you can take the combined beam from one PBS cube and, using a knife-edge mirror, position it *extremely* close to a second combined beam from another PBS cube... What you end up with is a fat beam that is technically TEM01 in profile. In practice, with some shaping optics you can make it look fairly decent, but it's still going to be fatter than a single beam.

Marconi's quad rig takes advantage of this method, and the pics he posted of the beam profile look pretty damn good... I think the beam is still smaller (and lower divergence) than the 500 mw 635 nm diodes I've seen. (I'm looking forward to Marconi's official specs once he finalizes the quad design...)

Fuck - what we really need is a direct injection diode that makes a watt and a half of red at 640 nm with a 3 mm beam diameter and .5 mrad divergence. So someone go out and invent one already!
