Actually Steve-o, I'm glad you posted... Your post has the picture that shows the problem quite nicely. Good job. (I didn't feel like loading up Paint Shop Pro to draw a diagram. Good thing you did though!)

And Werner, yes, it is easier to talk about it than to do it. Aligning the lasers in your projector is a real pain in the ass. But if you do it right, you only have to do it once.

VJ AIWAZ: Welcome to PhotonLexicon! Just noticed you there. Thanks for the legwork finding the info on the Arctos units. Man, I can't imagine trying to align one of those beasts. But the output is pretty fine, I've got to admit!

To a fried eggness will unite used, whereby a special gunsight unit provides one above the other for a parallelism of the laser beams put with a mirror. The first laser beam mechanism and the second laser beam mechanism exhibit thereby a horizontal and a vertical laser mechanism with two laser diodes arranged next to each other. The designations ?horizontal? and ?vertically? refer here and in the following in each case to the polarization of a laser beam produced thereby. The horizontal laser diodes produce a horizontal square laser beam and the vertical laser diodes produce a vertical square laser beam.

    Exclamation

Do we really need to bring this thread back up? That picture is harder to look away from than a good porn shot... Probably because I can forseen myself with most any porn chick... however imporbable, I can easily imagine winning one of the, say spandex thread chicks, with a little charm, money, and or booze, but that "array" of purdy diodes is WAY out of my league. Can't we just delete this thread as opposed to this reoccuring touture...
