Free Laser Software

Does anyone know where to get some free decent laser software?
linux or pc would be best. I have heard of a program I believe to be called
"laser boy" for linux...???

LaserBoy allows you to create ILDA files and save them as ILDA files or as WAV files. It has a console interface so you have to use the keyboard to draw. It's painful.

What exactly do you need from the software? Show creation or playback?
