Looks fantastic. How much wattage on the TEC?

Thanks Chris, you know I also love your builds!
    6x 38W 15,4V peltier, but running series-parallel @24V...so 6x 30W about 180W total.
Single 24v 10A PSU is enough for the TEC.

    Hi Jordi
I'm designing RGB laser modules in Argentina and I made a very similar design.
I saw that you are using Mitsubishi ML501P73 (I'm using OCLARO HL63193 700mW) but the P73 is 500mW CW and 1W Pulsed at 33%
I don't understand how you obtain 3,5W using 4 diodes of 500mW each, taking into account that spatial filter introduces power losses.

Another issue is the 2mm focal lens, is good to obtain a very thin beam at the diode output but the divergence is awful in comparison with G2 or three elements. I know that the beam using that lenses is bigger.

    It is my design:
    Attachment 54238
    It has:
    3W 638nm 4 diodes
    2,8W 520nm 4 diodes
    4,7W 445nm 1 diode

This is without SF. Efficiency on P73 is higher than Oclaro, just keep them cool below 20ºC.
On F2, well, you have to apply correction optics of course. Search here on PL, there’s a lot of info about p73 performance and suitable correction.
    btw..can’t open attachment

Such high quality work Jordi! I am very much enjoying and appreciating the 8W module I bought from you a couple years ago. I had to make a small change for alignment recently and your layout made this super simple.

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?

I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.
