I calculated the cost of making such modules (parts from China, ebay) would be close to $150 (a piece) . Considering they are used, I could probably make you an offer but I doubt you'd like it cause it would be much lower than you're asking for.

$150 a piece is what I was thinking was a fair offer and thought about offering $300 for the pair except, I honestly don't need them. They're nice modules though and there is certainly value in the construction process, over and above the raw materials, particularly when they're that nice.

They are also tec cooled and the dual LD TEC driver alone is worth it

"Competing" Chinese modules do not involve active cooling, plus the golden star method of correction is basically a piece of fiber stuck directly in front of the red diode core, so not easily user serviceable if something goes wrong
