    Wink Projector upgrade new scanner!

Well thought I might share and show some pictures of my table after adding some Cambridge CT6800’s. Check out my Nifty scanner protector that I made. The pictures are big, Take a look if you like! sorry about the sticker, forgot to remove before I took pictures...

Top Deck: I have mounted my Catweazle on top for beams only now. It uses the left over waste beam from my PCAOM (1st order green / blue). My GM-20’s are first in line for the 5 aerial beams, and 1 Diff grating. Then waste beam is sent to the Catweazle on top deck. I still have to get a AOM for the scanner blanking, and another Pangolin card.

Bottom Deck: to the left I mounted the power supply, and Amps, I hope to use the empty space for 2 Lumia effects I am working on. These will be driven by the 2 last channels on my DMX card which uses 0 -10V PWM

Control Box: I built this originally for 1 scanner, so now I have added a second box with another ILDA 25 pin Dsub on the front for the other scanner. On the back I have the CT6800 power inputs, and scanner output on back.

Where did you get that power supply in the first picture? It is the exact same one that I am selling with the Chinese scanners.

The Supply came with the scanners when I bought them on Ebay, at first I was afraid it was ony 24V, but then when I checked it was 24+, Gnd, 24-. I contacted Cambridge Tech to see if it would work, and they said it was fine. It works quiet nice. I will soon setup a video of the unit in action, I have to send one of my reds out to get some work done on it first. But other than that it's almost done!!
