I like One Shop Laser Stop's older autotrace.
Its part of the x29 family.
One of the few that handles fine details well and jumps inside objects, which reduces time spent editing your pics to trace them.

Bill Benner has a decent one in Pangolin.

Utopia also comes to mind,I loved playing with it at a ILDA conference , but it was out of my budget.

Trace-It from (LAS) Pangolin. A standalone version is about $250USD

I have it and use it heavily.

    FYI:

We give the TraceIT program away to all Pangolin users for free.

    Andy -

Since you're a Pangolin user, send them the request through their contact page on their web site. They should reply back with a license utility that generates license request information based on your particular PC. You'll send this information back to Pangolin, and they'll send you a license file along with the link to download the program.

I just found out about this over the last couple of days - I'm waiting on my license file (request submitted yesterday) as we speak...
