    Default 2x 45W G/B projector parts (4x 10W 532nm DPSS, 2x 28W 450nm parts, scanners, optics)

    The greens are sold.
Still available: The scanners, 6W 450nm module, and the 2x 28W 450nm module kits, and all the mounts.

All parts come from a project that did not go ahead due to permissions issues on the area we wanted to project on (the client did not get proper permissions). The idea was to build an ultra-powerful system at the best possible value. No red due to extreme cost at this power.

    2x 28W 450nm module parts

The method here is to use 4x NUBM44 V2 diodes to generate 28W of 450nm output before optics, so realistically 24W after optics. Typically beam diameter would be too large with these diodes, but the wider scanner mirrors and beam expander make this possible while matching divergence of the green modules (around 1mrad)

In short, it's essentially a quad knife edge setup with cylindrical lens correction on fast axis, then a beam expander to make the beam 6mm, along with spatial filter using the Planter's blade technique. Please bear in mind that the above plan is just a plan, and ultimately these are being sold as parts rather than an all-in-one solution, so you would have to know your stuff.

8x NUBM44 V2 diodes, already tested, and mounted in brass housings with thermal compound and soldered silicone leads

8x brass diode housing (laser show parts)

8x F4 lens in brass barrels (laser show parts)

    4x BBE 5A drivers

4x cyl lens pairs (6x expansion ratio, laser show parts)

2x 1/2 waveplates (laser show parts)

2x PBS (one from laser show parts, 2nd one from goldenstar laser has been used so will throw this one in as a freebie)

6x flex mounts (laser show parts)

    4x flex mounts (lasersysteme.de)

Beam expander kit 0.75x (8mm beam to 6mm beam) and spatial filter optics from Thorlabs, unused in original packaging. Special high efficiency AR coating:

    2x N-BK7 Plano-Convex Lens, Ø25.0 mm, f = 75.0 mm, AR Coating: 350-700 nm

    2x N-BK7 Plano-Convex Lens, Ø25.0 mm, f = 100.0 mm, AR Coating: 350-700 nm

Price: $1,700 for everything listed above (so $850 per 28W module), or $1,550 ($775 per 28W module) if you take the lot.

    DT30 scanners
    Lightly used.

6x Thorlabs KMS/M micro mirror mounts with removable knobs

6x thorlabs BA1S/M 25mm mounting feet for above

Price: $280, or $175 if you take the lot.

Worldwide Shipping: $550 // or free if you take the lot, via reputable private courier. The green modules are pretty heavy due to all the aluminium making up the housings.

Would be happy to chat on the phone with interested buyers and introduce myself. Some items are high value so making the transaction comfortable and risk-free for the buyer is a priority.
Happy to provide further into to interested people.

Dragon Tiger classifies them as 8mm aperture but I say 6mm with zero spill.
    Mirrors are: 12x14,10x20

Shoot sorry I thought this was my other scanner post. The large aperture are sold. I do have a standard aperture set available however.
