    I have a new Coherent 400mW fiber coupled laser diode with a 100uM emitter stripe and a 125uM fiber core. Based on Atondu you should be able to get a 1mRad beam with a 4.56mm beam diameter. This should be achievable using one of the Newport fiber collimator's mentioned in this thread. I would like to ask $300 for it, but I'll accept offers. This would be 2 maXYZ modules in a much smaller package. I'll include the data sheet, a heatsink, and free shipping if you pay $300.
