Does anyone have or know where to download a list of Greenlight HPS problem codes? I have found the problem groups in the service manual but I’m looking for individual codes. Example: Problem 233. I know this is a power supply error but need the specific problem defined.

You might want to track down Kevin at Starlight Photonics and ask him. He be the Greenlight Man... He also makes a neat circuit board to deal with some of that..

Really talk to him about how not to kill that unit.

I'm more of a Greenlight PV expert. I've put my dirty fingers on an HPS or 2, but never dug into the CANbus used to control all the subsystems. I only have the Operator's Manual. If there is a publicly available service manual, I'd like to get a copy of that.

The Greenlight PV is basically just a modernized KTP/532 that easily makes >80W. The controller I designed takes over the lamp power supply and Q-switch driver. I've been meaning to open source that, but it's a project that's not likely to bubble to the top of the todo list any time soon.

I'd check the interlock cable to the diode stack power supply.

What's the history of the unit + what are your intentions for use?

The system is physically in good shape, serviced last year. I plan to use it in a cnc setup for light cutting/engraving. Right now I’m trying to get past the problem codes so it will boot to the home screen.
