    Default coherent matrix

I have 2 identical DPSS coherent matrix 1064-10-30 lasers that have the same problem (see desoldered optic in red circle ).
These lasers have coherent permalign technology..

How can i solder this and align it the same time.

In both lasers the same optic is desoldered.
What is the use of these type lasers ? have some special application ?

Also has anyone the manual of this laser ?

... could it be a thermal problem? - eventually element overheated and so desoldered?

You should be able to remove the solder and use 2K-glue too ...

    No is not thermal problem.
The optic detached mechanically at transport.
The soldering was not good because had metal mass and the preheating for soldering was not enough so produced a semi-cold solder joint.
I know that with glue can attach it but how to align it ?
I prefer to solder it again but i don't know how.. with solder iron? or needs something more drastic like laser welding or induction heating ?

... can you test the melting temp of the solder? -- there are several low-temp melting aloys like "Roses metal" (melting around 100degC) or Woods or Fields metals melting around 70 or 60 degC ...

Aligned at the factory with a six axis positioning stage for each optic, that comes in from above.

... as the other elements are in place, a "simple" XY+ROT microstage should be enough - they can be found/salvaged inside/from old optical gear, found at ebay (have some XY/AB/Pan/Tilt-tables or PZT-actuators removed from old optical tables or as remnants from F&D-projects) ...

I have a 6axis yaskawa motoman 3kg payload small robot that i can use it as 3rd hand.
    (like this https://www.robots.com/robots/motoman-hp3 )

All other optics are in place.
Also the signs of detachment shown clear so i can make very good estimation of original position.
How can verify the alignment with red laser pointer ?
Where must put the red pointer for adjustment ?
The red pointer i have is a small diode laser coherent stingray about 5mw

Without an autocollimator probably the only way to align it is to lase it, then look at the beam quality and power.

Do you know something diy power meter - method to inspect beam profile ?
For Co2 lasers a transparent acrylic block tells the truth but what for 1064nm ?

... I'm using IR-indicator-cards or ceramic tiles for the NIR-diodes and fiberlasers to check the beam-quality ...
