I have this galvo dpss laser that has 2 fiber coupled 800nm fap coherent ir diode pumps
and outputs 532nm via frequency doubling.
Each ir diode draws when testing laser 1.77V 21A shutter works but does
    not output laser beam...
What do you think must check ?
if i replace the pumping diodes with other generic ir same power/wavelegth
    will work?
How can i check the pump diodes by unscrewing fiber coupling and check
ir they have optical output with smartphone camera?

... could be, they are the "25W@808nm-diodes", I've shown in the images #3 and #4 here - https://reprap.org/wiki/Laser_Cutter_Notes

If you apply a constant current of more tan 3 Amps (with correct polarity!), they should emit enough energy, so the camera will see the light shining on a surface ... if not, then tey're wrecked - in this laser the pumping diodes are slightly "overdriven" to reduce the lifetime ...

Yes the pump diodes are like that you posted in the 3rd photo.
Which coupling nut must un-screw for checking with camera
this at diode output or this at fiber end?
What are the safe limits voltage/current for these diodes to last and not fail prematurely?
Can i use other generic 25-40w 808nm(or other nir ex 880-940nm) diodes like this 40w shown in the other photo ?
Are in general spms bench power supplies safe(rippling/spikes) for testing these diodes?
or can burn easily with spms bench power dupply?

... it's easier to un-screw at the fiber end.

"Safe" currents are at 3-5 Amps -- but use a constant current PS, no voltage controlled!

You have to find the same type of diodes, as they are adjusted b temp and current and will only then give the correct wavelength to pump the resonator ...

The 40w diode shown in the second photo will work?
it is the same wavelength but it is 40w not 25..

... dunno -- depends on the regulation circuit, which is maintaining the 25W diodes ... Trumpf won't let you change/optimize the system so easy

I have unscrew the fiber end put a piece of granite about 7cm apart from fiber end
and i see clear with smartphone camera the diode beam also the granite burned a little from unfocused beam of diode
so at least the upper pumping diode is fine..
    Also shutter works..
What can be the problem that i have no green laser beam from f theta lens ?
Frequency doubler? q switch ? something else inside scan head ?
What can do next to identify the problem ?
Maybe there is no problem and im not using it correct because i got it used and have not worked before with this type laser..

I got a second vmc3 (1064nm) and seems to work but not laser beam from scanner head
i see laser beam from fiber end of pumping diode shutter opens ok (works) but not output beamfrom f-theta lens.
I think not using it correct..
Has anyone trumpf vector mark to help me ?

... you insert the fiber-end into a collimator, which will emit a parallel beam of some Millimeters diameter, mostly smaller than half of the scanner-mirrors sizes.

If not collimated or not centered on the mirrors it wont do much ...

So you think is alignment error ...
But it is very difficult to loose alignment because all optical system is sealed from factory.

Laser also has optional red pilot laser(5mw) but it is not installed i have some red diodes to install and see if scanner works ok with pilot laser.
I will open side cover that has the collimator nd:yag crystal and q switch optics.
Can be a fault in acousto optic q switch ?
