    Default If you fly

If you are flying, be careful. People are REALLY stressed and angry, so confrontations on planes have gone up over 10x normal.

And don't fight the mask ordinance.

I saw a video from this week with a passenger punching a stewardess in the face and knocking out 2 teeth. Banned for life and felony charge.

Steer clear of my new projector when I come. This is red, green and blue hitting the wall as I was aligning
The RGB* into the Galvos for the first time. 3 spots, no waiting. New kind of diode correction optic** in the module and 5 watts total. That is drywall. When I found the burn from the green I went and moved the beam to see the red and blue and shot the burns. That is eight feet from the laser. Next time I'll move the spots farther apart instead of overlapping.

In the vernacular of my favorite Canadian Laserist: "Oh Twinge, Major Scorch!"

*Available exclusively in the US from John at Technological Artisans. ** new to laser shows, well known in other industries. Not something easily copied, either.

    Is it August yet?

Also I need suggestions of things to pilfer from Pangolin stock between now and August for door prizes

I was thinking a Lasorb or two, or maybe a couple of Pangolin stickers? Maybe a keychain? I don't want to get too wild...

    Beam brush -
I'd certainly be okay with it attached to an entry-level KVANT.

Late to the party as always, but I'll be there with a fat stack of synthesizers and a fresh live set that's actually ready to go this time. I've been working on Radiator automation with Ableton Live, and I'm looking forward to showing the progress.

dude... i can't wait to see what you're doing with the radiator.
suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.
