i have peaked laserscopes as high as 66 watts @ 532. depends on the model-
although generally pushing that crystal beyond 40 for a period of time is not a great idea. As far as cw 532 at high powers- ? good luck finding it. most of the big stuff is pulsed regardless of the pump involved.

Geez! So how many of those thing do you own? If you guys ever wondered why there are no good 1-20W gas or high powered yag lasers on the surplus market, its because Clan has the horde... Care to part with an 88 or and 85?

guilty as charged, as the bottom has dropped out on most of the big stuff- it has been cheaper to buy spares than replacements. plus i get some comfort out of having more as i will never get my money back on some of the stuff i bought through the years- remember a surplus 20 watt argon used to cost 18 to 20 k- been there done that-might as well pick them up now for 2k while i can-

Its amazing to me how that happened. And so quickly... I wonder how the big companies have been able to manage...

it was not that long ago, maybe 2001, then you had the the bombing of 911-
it was a couple of uncertain years for entertainment and the display market-
some closed, some shifted focus overseas, even though i am not one of the big high profile companies, i am fairly confident i have one of the biggest ion stockpiles out there next to a tube reprocessor- keep in mind though i only have big yags in the soild state area, i have nothing right now in the small portable stuff-
