Default Cambridge Technology 6220 Galvos & 677 Driver: Any info?

    Hallo,
I just bought 2 6220H Galvos in a small XY mount, and 2 677 Driverboards, and cables, for 200 euros in total.
I have a detailed tuning manual for the 670 driver, and I have all the equipment. but maybe tjhis is not even necessary.

    [HTML]MicroMax™ Series 670 Single Axis Board Level Mirror ...https://neurophysics.ucsd.edu › Cambridge › Cam...[/HTML

and the board layout looks identical , right down to the notch filter.

    My questions:
    - What are the differences between 670 and 677?
    - Are there any caveats?
The 670 driver boards provide up to 10 Amps@24Volts=240 watts to the tiny galvos.
    - Is there any passive (=convention)cooling possible, or would a dedicated fan for the galvos be enough?

The mirrors have some specks on them.
    - Any source for reasonable cheap good mirrors (in Germany? )
    - Is any resputtering (=coating) possible?
