My understanding is, they are a cheaper version of the scanners. We paid a bit more for the 15k's from another place.

Incidentally, JMlaser replace the mirrors with thicker mirrors and get up to 18-20k out of them off the top of my head

Hi Dave. I looked on your site and did not see any scanners for $40

I looked at the ebay auction and it looks like shipping is $60 ouch. That is more than the scanners. I am thinking about doing a project with simple analog synth stuff and would love to have a couple of pairs of the cheap scanners.
Would you consider super rock bottom pricing on some of these scanners for pl people maybe we could do a group buy and get several sets shipped to the us at once. I would be happy to re distribute from here.

any way just a thought.

I could probably arrange a group buy for some 12K scanners (which I think are the same as the 15K scanners that used to be sold on ebay). The price would probably be around $100 a set depending on the number of group buyers. But, I am not too interested in doing this so I only will if there is a big desire and no one else will do it.
