    I don't know if the vibration would be an issue or not. I suppose it would depend on the thickness of the beam table. Honestly though I don't think I'd ever try to use these things in a beam table for anything other than a shutter. If you really did have a dozen of them (or more) mounted on a table and you had them all chattering away (chasing), I think the noise alone would be enough to drive you crazy. The vibration would probably be significant as well.

    Don't get me wrong; these Ledex rotary solenoids are nice... But for chasinig beams I don't think you can beat the GM-20. They're fast, lightweight, smooth acting, and silent.

    the gm20's are great, but expensive
