Thanks for considering it. I think SDL uses it. LGPL is basically the GPL however it allows for the code to be in a library without affecting the licensing of the code that calls the library. Any changes (improvements/bug fixes) to the library code needs to be available for everyone.

I am really excited to browse your code and build the programs and some new stuff with it.

Do you have a list of features/bugs that you wanted to get to in case we can contribute?

    Default LGPL

License has been changed to LGPL. The point of the code is to live on and be available and not be restrictive. If others do great things with it, then all the better.

Improvements that were on my mind:
    - finish Moonbugs
    - include support all popular DACs (!) That will make more people happy. Its using Andrew Kibler DAC lib now - works well but unsure of the status of his projects.
    - maybe clean up code to remove obsolete function like "sprintf"
    - possible all project settings need to be cleaned up, that was never my strong suit. There may be irrelevant dependencies built in.
    - Transport to the latest version of MSVC that has GIT support built in.
    - any other cool stuff you can think of.

Hopefully the code explains itself well enough. The concept of framelets (objects that are parts of a frame) was created to allow sorting for blanked path optimization since objects move around all the time. It's central to the whole architecture.

Anyway I'll be happy to explain if needed.

Hey Matthijs, glad to see this happening, and glad I could contribute to the svg code. To maximize impact, I have updated the laser DAC library in another post to the latest, supporting most DACs.
