I have one of the 425nm lasers coming and am excited to see it and possibly stick it into a Lumia projector or just something on it own, I like collecting different colors. in my one projector Hack Job I did stick a 465nm laser in it and like it much better then 445 or 450. but still admit my favorite blue is 473 but my laser is on it's last legs, the beam is ugly and losing power, so I don't run it for long

One thing i am seeing is odd, the 425 diode shows up as a lighter shade of blue, this could be more violet and i am not seeing that.

Preach, Brother! I absolutely love 473. It is such a solid blue color. Not too violet and not too cyan. It's just pretty. My two wishes in this laser life... A diode that will output 100mw+ of 473nm and a diode that will output 100mw of 571-578nm! But 445-450nm is just ugly!!
