    Default Locally archiving PM's???

    Hi

My PM box is almost full. Is there any way to easily archive all my PM's locally on my laptop?, I thought perhaps I may have missed something somewhere. If there isn't perhaps this facility could be added... Spec...???

I often refer to past PM's to get contact details, recall conversations etc.

    Cheers

    Go to your PMs
scroll to the bottom of the page and there are 3 export options XML, CSV & Text

    Cool

I have my preferences set so that all my PM's are also sent to my gmail account. That way I have a permanent backup of the messages, and they are *searchable* using google's awesome search engine. Works for me...
