I got some Cambridge 6230H galvos coupled to an f-theta lens a long time ago from surplus and finally have the time (and a tiny bit more skill) to work on them. I am wondering if someone has experience with this particular model as I am having trouble finding specific documentation about wiring and pinouts. My current plan will be to control them using differential analog signals provided I can figure out the wiring to the galvos and the control boards.

Attached is a labeled diagram from a Novanta Catalog (I think they bought Cambridge). It shows two cables emerging from the galvo and attached to ONE DB9 CONNECTOR, however, the galvos I have are attached to TWO DB9 CONNECTORS EACH. Also attached is a labeled photo showing what I have. This all likely came from a factory in asia used for marking purposes.

Does anyone have advice on how to proceed? I assume that since the Novanta Catalog diagram shows two cables that this is standard and so hopefully I can narrow down what they correspond to. I was able to find some scanned material from a UCSD website but it doesn't have all the details I need although the MicroMax driver shown there looks similar to what I have.

The UCSD scanned material is here: https://neurophysics.ucsd.edu/Manual...%20Scanner.pdf
The Novanta Catalog I found is here: https://camtechfiles.s3-us-west-2.am..._R1_v4_1_1.pdf
