    Spent all night on the lathe. Just thought I would post a pic. Made a mess too

    Nice. I made one that looks about the same as those except square and did it on a mill. I think your way would have been a lot faster!

    As with everything I do cnc I spend 5 hours dicking around with settings and setting tooling up then it takes 4 min per part..

    This is the ones for the portable 100 mw units in project status. I am waiting on MIxedgas to send me a tweaked driver design of his to use. I have the file for it in G code , but it is for the pump assy. that I have made....may not work for some apps.

    Looks good mech! I love working with metal! At least non ferris metals.

    An acquaintance on another forum saw my mounts and wanted me to make some for him. So I am.
