LED Strips for outdoor use

I want to use LED Strip lights (Neon) to decorate my food stall.

This is the flexible stuff I'd like to use.

How do I power it? How do I make the connection waterproof?

I have used connectors like this in many cases, Cables are soldered and sealed with shrinktubes (Glue version) 2 layers. When soldering directly on the strips, I have also sealed with PlastiDip. (Liquid Rubber) but this does not last outdoors for years at the time. Quick and dirty for a wet haloween evening.
