Hello everyone. I want to buy a green laser diode of power output 50mW or above for using it in PIV setup. I need all the specifications like Beam divergence, spot shape and size, supply voltage etc. Thank you

I don't know much about PIV, but there are many nice, green LDs out there these days. As an example, the following is available from a number of places for only about $25. I've purchased a couple of these before, but I don't remember where I bought them from.

If you can find a used Newport Laser Diode Driver for cheap, I would recommend it; it's been wonderful working with a quality LD driver instead of some random driver circuit. I found a super cheap Model 5600 on eBay (ETA: Most of what I'm seeing for the Newport LD Drivers are currently a bit expensive; not sure how mine was so cheap at the time). Thor Labs (https://www.thorlabs.com/) has reasonably-priced mounts and ESD-safe sockets / cables. -- Though, since you're on a budget, you could always go without all this and just wing it with whatever cheap TO-18 Chinese housings you can find.
