    andy,i got a 532nm cni 100mw from dave and aijii.
    it's putting out 150mw and it has a very nice beam profile.
    it was $375 australian from lasershow parts.(about $307 u.s. at that time.)
    that is a discount from their ebay prices
    i got the lab style driver/power supply.
    it is heat sinked and has it's own fan.

    good luck w/ whatever you decide to go with.
    i just wanted to share how pleased i am with my purchase from those guys.

    that's $375 australian.
    did you do the currency conversion yet?
    when i bought mine australian dollars were running at about .85 of a u.s. dollar.
    anyway,happy hunting andy.

    cool.
    the lab style driver was good for me because i had no room to use the oem power supply inside the enclosure.
    there are pics of both styles of driver if you click the more photos option.
