ILDA frame format - published anywhere?

If I wanted to start created my own *.ild files through code, how would I do it?

I have some diagnostic stuff on the net, I'll see if I can find the source for you, but if you want some basic tools, start here

ildaread and ildawrite are there, they run in dos mode. IF I send you the C source, could you convert them to windows?
