I’m trying to track down a service manual or any technical info for a Coherent Infinity 40-100 Nd:YAG laser from around 1995. I reached out to Coherent, but they don’t have anything older than 2008 on their servers (just the operator’s manual).


The system powers on, but the software keeps showing a ‘flash lamp not simmering’ error. The flashlamp was recently replaced, and all the interlocks and cooling seem fine. I’m starting to suspect something on the simmer board, but without a schematic I’m pretty lost.


If anyone has worked on this laser before, or has a service manual lying around, I’d be forever grateful for any help, advice, or even random memories of how these things were wired.
