Default Inflatable Mirror Balls - will they work?

I was thinking about using an inflatable mirror ball but would a high power laser burst it?

... depends on ball material, spaces between mirrors (absorbing area and vulnerability for laser-wavelength), energy density of the laser and exposure time

There are no space between mirrors, it's made from durable PVC. I've messaged the seller. Just think it's risky but I'd love to try.

... ah, OK - this type behaves different to my expectation - but then the absorption of the laser energy of the mirror itself is way higher, than with plated ones ...
