old manual or documentation for DMX board?

Looking for information on this old DMX decoder board,

Logic Systems, Inc GW-DMX0602A-DRV

google and other searches have turned up nothing. Hoping someone has a collection of old files and maybe this is in it.

These boards used a then novel and expensive power opamp in a Pentawatt package. They need dual supplies and enable signals.
