Funny. Steve must have that anger bottling up inside of him because today he was a total a hole in his reply. He claimed the email I forwarded him was changed in some way.

I saw the thread. Steve has been pretty pissy on the matter and refused to answer emails until I offered to foot some of the repair bill if need be. The sad thing is that the warranty expires tomorrow. If he had just made it work for a few days longer they would have saved a lot of money!
