    Hi Steve

Welcome to the Forum. There's quite a few from 'up north' on here, and one or two from the wrong side of the border in Lancashire/Cheshire/Scotland

No matter where you're from, you're obviously struck with the same affliction as the rest of us, so welcome aboard

    Cheers

    Jem

    Talking Hi Steve!

    Ha! Another Steve!

Welcome to PhotonLexicon, Laser Steve... Looks like you've got a few chaps near you that you can meet with to feed your photon addition. I'm sure you'll want to attend their next meeting in February of 2008. From the posts of the one they had about a month ago, it looks like they had a blast. (I know we had a blast over here at SELEM!)

So, are you just getting started, or have you been addicted for a while now? What sort of equipment do you have? (or better yet, what are you looking to get into?)

iv Been doing laser for about 10years. iv just never heard of this site before. got introduced to it by lasermad From scotland, when i recently bought some scanners.

I must say,you seem like a great bunch of guys, from all the possitive replys. cant wait to meet you all at the next meeting.

    With regards to equipment.
Started with a 50mw argon, then a 200mw argon, then lexel 88 1.5 watt. Then decided, All this water cooled stuff is just to much hard work. Over the last few years iv been building a dpss system. Started with a 1watt 532,then added a 800mw 650,then recently put a 800mw 473. Only realy since i put in the 473nm,Have i really been enjoying it more than ever. i mainly do night club work. As well as being laser and gadget mad,I think im addicted to the gose bump effect of the big crowds. Blackout+laser=
