Default My first homemade toy in action

I took my first handmade laser projector to a party and this is the result

Of course it is nothing compared to some of the pro stuff in this forum, but the fun was great anyway.

(50mw green and 15kpps ecoscan kit with dmx-sound controller board from Lasershowparts)

Scanners and fog juice Eurolite, fogger lite/fx

My next task will be RGY (still TTL ) with flashback3 and laserworld galvos

Edit: link fixed, sorry for the unconvenience

Don't know whether it's just me, but the link doesn't want to work

Anyway, congratulations on a successful project

    Cheers

Your offer is very tempting, thank You, but I already have a TTL 650nm to play for a while, then I will go for analog.

Meanwile, here are other pics of my toy:

....I originally placed the laser source at the opposite side, then I discover that all the drawings where wrongly twisted 90 deg. clockwise . This is the reason why the beam window is so stretched vertically. In the first case the lower mirror draws to the window, in the second case is the upper one, so I had to re-drill.

    Thumbs up

That's a real nice housing you got there. I see you have one of the aixiz like greenys. What scanners are those? Are you going to add the red into that enclosure?

Wow. That's the same laser module and scanner set that I started with.

    Thank You
The box was the biggest I found in a shop near my house. It is made in Italy by Teko:

As I sayed in my first post, the scanners and laser are two bids won on ebay (or, to be more precise, the 15kpps ecoscan and the 532nm 50mW from Dave/Aijii Lasershowparts). (Yes the laser looks identical)

The analog board is not programmed to drive other than green, so I'm tempted to fit the little wonder from Pangolin. The second picture shows the concept to include a 650nm:

I already have these new galvos from laserworld, but they couldn't fit the housing.
