Has anyone actually bought one of these? With prices dropping like a whores draws it wouldn't suprise me if it is a genuine ad'.

I emailed the seller and asked if he would refund ALL money and postage if it wasn't putting out at least 90mW and he said fine, no problem. He also said that they put out more like 125mW. Not bad for £14.99 with a psu as well.
Went to order and saw ' postage from China to UK £24'. Oh well....
