Didn't see any in the listings, but looking for a 100mw blue and 800mw red to go with my 250mw green. Anyone looking to sell anything like that? Steve

YES! I would like to sell 900mW 640nm KVANT module.
I'm interested, but after a bit more research it's become apparent that I need to do some homework on the wavelengths of red and blue. How visible is 640nm? This is very much for a beam show device, and I will need the lasers to be visible.
In general 640nm is at this time best possible balance between redness, visibility and value.
You are right, I just did some reading up on perceived visibility. How much do you want for the laser, and where are you based? Steve
Actually I just realised I can see where you are based. I will be over in the UK in October.

900mW@640nm looks like 1600mW@658nm
640nm the best red for home use, good visibly with small power.
With 250mW green you need 400mW blue and 600mW@640nm
(or 1200mW@658nm) for perfect-white-balance!
the 600mW Kvant Module from pelosh is a good solution for you!

I would love to get a 400mw laser, but 100mw is right on the upper edge of the budget line...
If you think I can use 600mw red then that's good news. I've bought some red lasers but the beam effects were not as good as I hoped.
I thought that 800mw red was probably the way to go, based on some specs I read.

Laser (the acronym derived from Light Amplification by Stimulated Emissions of Radiation) is a spectacular manifestation of this process. It is a source which emits a kind of light of unrivaled purity and intensity not found in any of the previously known sources of radiation. - Lasers & Non-Linear Optics, B.B. Laud.
