Thankyou. Can't take a lot of credit though, most of the time lately I'm banging on at their support while they make an astounding array of errors. Right now they can't get my registered name and address right, despite it appearing three times on my 'address' page! Truth is I think they already knew. They'd not accept anything I said as proof of anything, they never do. And I do MEAN never. They always leave their sources of proof a total mystery, except in rare and revealing declarations like their reply to me in this instance, where they are telling enough for me to be able to protect myself.
