You'd be able to mill it with very little vibrations, just use a small cutter or a larger one with many flutes at a high speed and take light passes. You'd get a better cut as well.


BTY, where id you get that enclosure. It looks like an extrusion to me?

WOW......I want to buy it when it stops working......I wish you the best of luck! I hope it lives a long life.....if it does that will be proof enough that they have implemented a design change!
