    Default GSI Lightning scanners

    Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) with General Scanning's new VM500+ galvos or Lightning digital scanning systems? I'm curious how they compare to the CTI 6210 and/or 6215 galvos. Thanks!

    I have recently acquired a pair and done an analysis. The short answer is that your best bet is the Cambridge 6210 or 6215. This is a short answer both in favor of performance and especially price.
