Now that I'm back up and running (Thanks indeed Simon) can anyone point me towards a simple 'how to do' galvo setup for my next addon?

I read 'somewhere' that model airplane servos can be lashed up as a cheapy.

    Thanks - Dave

I tried the Ultra High speed high torque ones I have for my Traxxix Revo. They work okay if you want to do graffics, but it would be cheaper to use DT40s.

    Hi all,

Just as a matter of interest One Stop Laser Shop (now here on PL) sell what they describe as a "Japanese clone" of the GM20 at $70.00 each. They have mounts and shutter arms (with or without mirrors ) available as options.
I purchased three but haven't run them up yet..
Apparently they are supposed to perform similar to the GM20 which is lot more expensive.

    Cheers
