Default Laser diode needed for 200mw red

Subject says it all. I need a red laser diode 650-660nm that can do 200mw continuous. What will the 20x dvd burners do?

    Thanks

Good question.. I'd like to know the answer too. Is there a specific package you need it in?

I'm sure marconi knows, but it is probably a trade secret.

I called about the aixiz ones and they said those are not continuous ratings, unfortunately. Andy is talking about different ones that are speced for 130mw continuous, I think.
