Looks like one nice extra related to that adjustment to editing rights, a longer duration after first posting, before quickly made corrective edits start to have an edit count statement attached in other forums. Not sure if that applies to new posts in subforums where the restriction is in place though. I'll test it next time I post in the lounge.
