Come on man... You should know the answer to this. Ask the seller's opinion. They will not steer you wrong. Trust me, I made the wrong descision once by not listening.

Just go directly to Lasever. I think a 100mW is like $750 or something and you can pay paypal.

    Default lasever vs cni

well, all i can say is i bought a 100mw lasever from our well known australian supplier, and i have had no problem with it so far (a dodgy thing to say).
however the view which seems to predominate on pl is that the cni units would definately be the preffered type........so if the price is close, go with cni

Mind you I'm in the same boat as you Andy, I too am also after a blue v soon. I'll be inters ted to see which way you go ...

Guess I'd be tempted to go with CNI purely for the name and reputation. It looks sturdier and also more aesthetically pleasing.

I have a couple of 473nm units coming in this week. I will post a few pix as soon as they arrive. A 200mw and a 180mw 473nm Lasever. Ithink there is someone else in the R&D there as the drivers have changed and I am sure the head layout is better. I have one 200mw unit, blue, that is doing around 178mw after an hour. Not enough for me to worry over. Pix soon.
