    Default GB Powermeter

Anyone need powermeter up to 2 Watt??

I got a good deal with brigde for a powermeter LW-P2. This powermeter measure up to 2 Watt. It has an thermoelectricity detector.
No need to dial to what nm you want to masure. (EO's powermeter, you need to dial to what nm you want to masure, and it masure only up to 1 Watt.)
This take som few mins to do. With this model LW-P2 laser powermeter, you just need to point the laser into the detector. And the powermeter does it all. The price for EO's powermeter is 359.00 + shipping. (USA) and 476USD + shipping (UK)

So buying the LW-P2 (500usd) is a good deal!!

    Spec:
    Detector type : Thermoelectricity sensor
    Spectral response Range(µm) : 0.4-2
Detector Effective diameter (mm) : 20
    Stability time (second) : <2
    Power measurement resolution(mW) : <1
    The maximum measurable power(W) : 2 Watt
    Indicator type : 3½LED
    Power : 110/220V

Please post what power you want (110V or 220V)

500usd with plastic case. (Add 40usd for metalcase (need to state this if you want metalcase) Shipping to UK/USA/Germany is 80usd (Metalcase 100USD)

    Sounds intressting??

Wow I am tapped out to now. I have spent a lot on this stuff lately. Close to 3K! I will have to wait until after the new year....after tax season is over to get anything else. I would like one though. Consider one in escrow with a home purchase?

    Yeah! I know the feeling!
There is no need to complete this GB before christmas.
My guess within 2 month. I need to raise more funds anyway for it.
(money goes to christmas gifts first)

So I am down to one in Januar

    Damn!

I totally would love to have one of these... (I have a lasercheck already, but I'd prefer a thermal meter like this for checking multi-line lasers.)

However, like I said in the GB thread for the CNI blue lasers, I just don't have the scratch right now. Crap! Maybe next year.

If you need to ask the question 'whats so good about a laser' - you won't understand the answer.

would be better for me if it went a little higher maybe to 4 W but hey for that money I would not complain - and it does look like a nice device.
