It will work with TTL too - obviously you wont be able to control the level of attenuation but it will work!

    Rob

PS - leave sending the ally till beginning of next week as Im away from thurs to mon so wont be there to see postie - Cheers
PPS - give me some dimensions of the 'L' bracket you need for the NEOS and I will sort one out 4 u - unless u have it covered
If you need to ask the question 'whats so good about a laser' - you won't understand the answer.

No Im afraid not (at the moment), but we dont know whats in store for Mamba 2.0 or beyond - Im hoping that it will get more cool features like this though Im loath for it to move away from the simplicity it has.

I once more encourage everyone who wants a more or less fast reply from me to just PM me with a pointer (or your question). Unfortunately, I don't have the time to read the forums regularly, but I try to reply ASAP to any question in my PMs (notifications are just so much more convenient for a lazy bum like me... )

I think in Mamba 2.0 you'll simply be able to import any editor frame for your attenuation map, regardless of what's in that frame. About projection zones: I don't feel like just copying other people's good ideas, but I'll have a look at that feature and make up my mind if I'll create something that gives you all the flexibility you need.

About the simplicity: Mamba may LOOK simple but on the inside that's pretty different In fact, I'd like to simplify some things even more, and streamline others. It may sound strange, but this very thing gives me the ability to add new stuff with much more ease than ever before. BTW, during the last days (among other things) I implemented a touch pad mode for the live player. So if you have a touch screen you always wanted to use with the Mamba Black Live Player, 2.0 will give you what you want First feedback was "wow, looks pretty cool", but it still lacks some eye candy to my taste. Can't tell all the secrets just now

How fast does theese people usually reply?
Sent a request over a week ago since i reinstalled mamba with my 1.80 version cd. Cant take this old crap anymore. It just fucked up a framelist (when saving I guess?) so most frames for a 10 min show just vanished into thin air.... :-(

    Hi There
Medialas are seemingly slow to reply - in the past I have resorted to sending the same mail to multiple addresses - It may not do you favours overall but may get them talking to you.
Alternatively PM OldGrumpy here - this is Andre the guy who is deveoping the software for ML. You should be on 1.9 (or is that what you are trying to contact them about) and Andre may be able to help here.
There are some real nasties in the older versions but if you get the latest build it will be sooooo much happier. Its not perfect but it much improved all thanks to the galant behind the scenes efforts of Andre.
I was at a similar juncture to you less than 12 months ago but now I am faithful to Mamba because it is a great product and has lots of potential which will shine through when 2.0 appears. Andre is working hard on this AND is still fixing lots of wrong things with 1.X - double work!!!

    Good news!
I've got the update for MB.

I realized a lot of repairs. I think this version is much better than the previous. I don't want to detail this fixes and new features, couse everybody will discover them. If somebody didn't get it, he can ask it from MediaLas.

Sorry, but I already find a little bug and I sent it to MediaLas.

But I think it was a great work.
