Me personally think if a a very advanced civilization found a way to travel beyond a speed of light, mastered artificial gravity, way to to kill inertia while hard acceleration and more, they for sure have a cloaking device. My grand dad spent about 10+ years studying UFOs. He gave up because 99% of all stories are natural phenomenas or fakes. Most common one is a ball lightning. Self sustained plasma ball in a magnetic cocoon. It can change direction any time. It can accelerate and stop. It can float on the spot. It can pass a metal object keeping it's integrity. I've seen one. It's a very strange thing. Second common is a meteorites. Then fakes go.
