Still, after talking with Hayden, I agree with his priorities. But it sucks that he won't be there this time. Maybe he'll have just as much fun with his girlfriend though.

In other news, I finally got the shutter mounted in the projector tonight. Ugh. I should have left more room! It took me 4 hours! Had to rip the entire optical table out and re-mount some things.

I also took this opportunity to shift the table towards the aperture by about 5/8 of an inch. Previously I could scan a pattern that was larger than the 4 inch square aperture window! Now that they're closer I should be OK.

Really tired of working on it though. Still need to re-wire the interlocks and stuff. Should have it back together by the weekend, which will give me a couple days to test everything before I head to Florida on Tuesday.
