    Hi guys

    Help Please....!!!

I am trying to display Simple SINGLE Line Text

The Same way that this post appears....

When project the text it has the outer & inner lines.

    The System's that i am useing are LV / FB3 & Itop.

I have experimented with character fonts E.t.c but the laser displays each letter with the inner & outer parts of the letter.

    Any Ideas

    Many Thanks Ritchie

When I get my scanners hooked back up tonight I will look at what fonts are in the Pango intro kit and see if there are any there like what you mean...

Sounds like your software is drawing each letter twice. Look for an option to have 'no overlapping lines' or 'no repeat points' - I'm not familiar with your software in detail so I'm afraid I can't be more specific.

    Hi Guys

    Thanks for your replys.

to clarify the problem i am having....if for instance i wanted to display the letter O it would be displayed with the O & then a smaller o in the middle...
Basicly any letter that i want to project gets projected as an outlined letter as opposed to a solid one that i require.
From all the laser systems i have seen they all project basic text the same way.
So i reckont the solution to my problem is to get some type of font that the laser will project in a single line fashion

If you find something that will be great, but I have a feeling that the best you will be able to find is a "skinny" font. The dual lines are from the fact that your software really outlines a "picture" of each character (I could swear carmangary mentioned this somewhere recently).
I have a bunch of fonts- I can look for some that will yield the closest to what you are looking for and attach them- sorry man, that's the best I have!
